I have spent the past 15 years leading high impact campaigns and leading global change programs - from product launches/ rebrands and acquisitions to reorganisations and strategic shifts - all while empowering leaders and teams to better at communication.
Why? Because the stories we tell and the voices behind them change the world one character at a time.

DANIELLE A. JONES-HUNTE PROFESSIONAL BIO
Danielle A. Jones-Hunte is a communication and marketing professional with expertise in leading strategies for multinational companies, government agencies and start-ups. Danielle’s work shapes lives - not just the bottom line. She finds most joy in empowering people and keeps audiences at the heart of all her work.
A former media professional and Washington DC advocate, Danielle knows the power of stories to drive change. She has expertise in change communication. She has led re-brands, mergers, acquisitions and large scale reorganisations/ strategic shifts - all while ensuring that teams perform as they transform.
Danielle is currently the Vice President of
Communications and External Affairs at bp. Her team’s work affects 50,000 employees in 70 countries and includes multi-media campaign strategy, internal communication and external affairs including media, social media and stakeholder communication.
She has led sponsorship, event and advertising strategy for the London 2012 Olympics, developed change strategy for Reliance Industries in Mumbai and was also the Chief Marketing Officer of the Caribbean’s Socadrome (an entertainment arena) a role in which she also hosted the live broadcasts for over 500K people!
In 2003 Danielle founded her own communication consultancy and has advised executives in the Finance, FMCG, entertainment and marketing arenas. She provides strategic counsel and coaches executives on leadership, presence and public speaking coaching.
Danielle has been published by the International Association of Business Communicators and her work launching agility at bp has been featured in McKinsey Quarterly. She is also a key note speaker and panellist at varied events.
Danielle holds a Master of Arts in Communication and Culture from Howard University and a certificate in leadership from Stanford University. Danielle is a coach, strategist and professional dedicated to changing the world – one character at a time.
